
CineTension Plus is a robust and well made electric motorized projector screen. Its tab-tensioned material provides uniform flatness and has a wide viewing angle. The 1.1 gain material is also 4K Ultra HD and active 3D ready. It drops and retracts by means of a powerful tubular motor and its sliding installation brackets ensure a perfectly centered installation. A full IR/RF, RJ45 and 5-12 volt trigger control package is included.

Q: Can I use my manual/electric Elite projection screen as a window shade to block the sunlight?
A: No, Elite manual and electric projection screens are not designed for use as a window curtain and should never be exposed to direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to solar radiation will destroy synthetic materials and such damage is not covered by our standard warranty.
Q: How can I extend my RJ-45 accessory such as my 5-12 v trigger, 3-way wall switch, and IR "eye" sensor?
A: You can extend the length of your cable using the ZSP-12V-50B. This 50 feet RJ-45 cable includes an extender plug coupler to allow you to join connections to your existing accessory.
Q: What preventative maintenance does Elite recommend for electric screens?
A: Elite strongly recommends using either a standard surge protector or a power conditioner on all electric projection screens.
Q: How do I properly clean the CineWhite® screen material?
A: The CineWhite® screen material can be cleaned with a soft cloth using mild soap and water.
Q: Can my CineTension Plus screen be mounted in the ceiling?
A: Yes, all CineTension Plus series screens can be mounted in a ceiling using our in-ceiling trim kit which can be found in our accessories section.
Q: How do I know if my projector is compatible with the 5-12 volt trigger?
A: Check your projector's manual to see if your projector has a 5-12 volt trigger output. If it does then your projector has the ability to synchronize with your CineTension 2.
Q: Does the CineTension Plus include a 5-12 volt trigger cable?
A: Yes, the CineTension Plus includes an RJ-45 5-12 volt trigger.
Q: Will I void my warranty if I cut the power cord cable to hardwire my electric screen?|
A: No, EliteProAV understand the need to hardwire your electric screen and therefore will not void your warranty.
