[16:21]        Rick: Thank you for contacting Elite Screens, how may I help you?

[16:21] Customer: I stored a DIYW150H screen folded for a few months, now I'm ready to install, how do I remove the wrinkles? Thanks

[16:23]        Rick: With this material fixing the wrinkles is relatively easy. Use a hair dryer in a low to medium setting. Take your time in sweeping over the wrinkled points while the screen is hung up. This will help the material to go back to its relaxed state.

[16:24]        Rick: You may need to repeat this process about 2 to 4 times also you can leave it hanging to help out to alleviate the folds.

[16:25] Customer: No ironing?

[16:26]        Rick: Never. Ironing will destroy the screen.  This material is PVC vinyl.

[16:26]        Rick: You just need to warm it enough to relax the material.

[16:29] Customer: Does it pull/stretch? I wonder if I should try to frame wrinkled or work the wrinkles out before framing?

[16:32]        Rick: This unit has top and bottom loops where you can mount on the wall and give it a slight stretch while you are applying mild heat.

[16:32] Customer: Okay, so I will hang it up and use the hair dryer on a low setting.  Do you have  a web page going over the basics for this product?
