Typically, it is best to hire professionals to install your audio/visual gear at a commercial facility. Elite has a dedicated commercial integrator sales division for this: https://eliteproav.com/ .  However, there are also times when a small company needs a basic solution and has in-house staff to assist them with the installation. This is an example of a small business interested in just buying a nice screen that is easy to install.

Here are the links used in the discussion:

Transcripts:

[19:15] Customer: I'm interested in purchasing a motorized screen for one of our offices. We've received a bid from a home theatre company that will install the screen for well over $15,000.

[19:17] Customer: I started looking online, Amazon, to be precise. They have your Elite screen for $1,112. Reviews state it's fairly easy to install. I'm wondering if the screen I'm looking at is comparable to the bid we've received. Can you help me with this?

[19:18]        Rick: Certainly, I would be happy to assist as best as I can, what is the model you are looking into?  Did you need an in-ceiling projection screen or something to hang from the wall?

[19:20] Customer: Thank you! I need a wall-or-ceiling screen.  Specifically, the Elite Starling Tab Tension 16:9, tubular motor, Infrared IR with Ambient light rejecting screen material 106" diagonal size.

[19:21]        Rick: This unit is our only motorized screen with the ambient light rejecting material. This unit will work best for rooms that have little control of lighting. Here is a video that illustrates the difference between matte white and ALR: https://elitescreens.com/elitetube/ALR_SETUP_GUIDE_VIDEO.mp4

[19:22]        Rick: The material used by the Starling Tab Tension is the highest ambient light rejecting screen, The CineGrey 5D®.

[19:23] Customer: I'm looking at your chart, and it doesn't look like you carry that in a white case. From the reviews, I think the white case against the white ceiling would work best. Is that accurate?

[19:25] Customer: Yes, the Cinegrey 3D-5D would be more appropriate than the white material.

[19:26]        Rick: Yes Starling Tab Tension ALR does come in a black housing. We have another product available through our dedicated custom install channel called the Saker Tab Tension series: https://eliteproav.com/product/saker-tab-tension-alr-series/ it does have a white casing.

[19:28] Customer: No worries, that's a minor point. I can look into the white (Saker) casing but I notice that is for “installers / integrators” like it will cost more.

[19:32] Customer: Do you suggest we hire an outside installer?

[19:37]        Rick: If you choose to, they can give you a price for the unit only or with the installation as well.

[19:38]        Rick: I can connect you with a sales representative if needed.

[19:40] Customer: We have electricians on staff. I imagine they can install a screen unassisted. I see the value of installers but in this case, I am working on a budget and don’t need to get exotic here.

[19:43]        Rick: Sounds good: Here is a good instructional video on proper screen placement: https://elitescreens.com/elitetube/MountingScreen_RightHeight.mp4

[19:46] Customer: I see. That makes sense.

[19:47] Customer: Thank you so much for your help. I'll have to talk this over with my boss.

[19:54]        Rick: It was my pleasure. Thank you for choosing Elite Screens.
