[21:02]        Jaime: Hello, how may I help you?

[21:02] Customer: Can you help me navigate the site? I want a projector screen but there is so much information, I don’t know where to start.

[21:02] Customer: I am trying to find wall mounted screen for my home theater room?

[21:03]        Jaime: What type of screen? Roll-up or fixed frame.

[21:03]        Jaime: We have a full course on choosing a projector screen:  and we have  an online checklist to make selecting a screen easy:

[21:03] Customer: Thanks, I would like a fixed frame.

[21:03] Customer: …but which one? How about something nice that does not cost much?

[21:04]        Jaime: go with the SableFrame

[21:04]        Jaime:

[21:04] Customer: What is the Aeon?

[21:04] Customer: I like the way it looks.

[21:04]        Jaime: That is an “edge free” design.

[21:04]        Jaime: It means that there is no external frame edge because the frame is internal with the material wrapped around it.

[21:04] Customer: Is the performance the same?

[21:04]        Jaime: It is. The material tension is the same but the aesthetics are different.

[21:05]        Jaime: How about materials? White, acoustically transparent or ambient light rejecting for bright rooms?

[21:05] Customer: Yes, Aeon will do.

[21:05] Customer: I will try to not have any lighting near the projector.

[21:05] Customer: But I am still concerned with ambient lighting.

[21:06]        Jaime: Ambient light rejecting materials also enhance picture performance so they are ideal for either a light or dark room.

[21:06] Customer: Especially if it is on during the day and we are watching football games?

[21:06]        Jaime: Actually, it’s excellent for sporting events in general.  Are you planning on using a standard “long” throw or UST (ultra short throw) projector.

[21:06] Customer: I have a regular standard throw projector.

[21:07]        Jaime: That CineGrey 3D material will provide the best performance in bright or dark environments so it will serve your projector well.

[21:07] Customer: thank you

[21:07]        Jaime: My pleasure

[21:07]        Jaime: Thank you for choosing Elite Screens.
