Transcripts:

[20:55] Customer The side cord of my Cinetension 2 electric screen broke.  How do I fix it?

[20:55]        Jaime: Sorry to hear that; did it snap off, or is it just loose?

[20:59] Customer : I Don't think it snapped off, because the string is vertically longer than the bottom weight.

[21:00]        Jaime: On the end of the weight bar, you will notice that there is either a knob or cap to pry off the end.

[21:01]        Jaime: Rotating that knob or hex screw found under the cap clock-wise will add more tension to the string.

[21:05] Customer : The tab tension string has come completely out of the screen bottom weight on one side

[21:08]        Jaime: Here are the full instructions - File : https://tawk.link/598aa11bdbb01a218b4db711/a/579bb1030c434e0811fc2bf1/9c1df1936ce0811dcf0733eabae5101ef6e6a607/How_to_fix_the_tension_cord.pdf

[21:08]        Jaime: the string is wound inside of the weight bar through the tension know. It is easy to replace. You can see the other side for reference. See if this attachment help you.

[21:09] Customer : OK...Thanks. This is exactly what I was looking for.  I appreciate the help.

[21:09]        Jaime: Thank you for choosing Elite Screens.
