The current shipping industry is struggling to make deliveries as there are increasing number of shortages in labor, drivers, and warehouse/office employees. This results in the entire supply chain not being able to operate normally and therefore causing shipping delays all across the nation.
Your shipments are very important to us, and we will always do our part to assure they are shipped in a timely manner.
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse it’s in the hands of our shipping carriers so please be aware that additional transit times will be added. If you are trying to meet a certain installation date, please consider using a guaranteed service if that’s a feasible option. Keep in mind, that larger items may not be guaranteed, but you’re welcome to contact your Sales Rep for additional information.
Rates are rising rapidly and Elite Screens’ will need to adjust accordingly should we get a notice from our shipping carriers.
